Refund Policy
General Information
At Lombok Surf Collective, we aim to make every surf experience enjoyable and valuable. Because surf conditions, personal progress, and preferences can vary, we generally do not issue refunds if a participant simply does not enjoy the lesson or decides not to continue after it has started. Our instructors always do their best to adapt the session to your level and make it a positive experience.
Weather & Safety Conditions
If lessons are cancelled or interrupted due to unsafe ocean or weather conditions, we will offer the option to reschedule your session or receive a full refund. The same applies if we must cancel for any operational reason on our side.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust your schedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. No-shows without prior notice are considered non-refundable.
Payment Method
All payments are made in person on the day of your lesson, in cash or by another agreed method. Refunds (when applicable) are processed in the same form of payment.
