General Information

By booking a lesson or package with Lombok Surf Collective, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any of our activities.

Bookings & Payments

All surf lessons can be booked directly through our website or via WhatsApp. Payment is made in person on the day of your lesson, either in cash or by another agreed method. All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include your surfboard, rash guard, and pick-up from your location. We keep our group sizes small to ensure personalized guidance and a safe learning environment for every participant.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. Cancellations made later than that may not be eligible for rescheduling.
If surf or weather conditions are unsafe, Lombok Surf Collective reserves the right to postpone or cancel your session. In that case, you can reschedule your lesson or receive a full refund if you’ve already paid.

Safety & Responsibility

Surfing takes place in natural ocean conditions and involves an element of risk. By participating, you acknowledge that you do so at your own responsibility. Our instructors are experienced professionals who always prioritize safety and adjust each lesson to your level and the conditions of the day. Participants must follow all instructions and share any relevant health issues or injuries before entering the water.
Lombok Surf Collective is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages to personal belongings.

Insurance & Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own travel and health insurance. Lombok Surf Collective does not provide medical or accident insurance. We recommend leaving valuables at your accommodation whenever possible, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
